1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Geographic Restriction: Our services are primarily designed for users residing in Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts are for personal, individual use only. You may create only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts, using another person's Account, or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Financial Responsibility: You must use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.

Restricted Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using the zoro77 Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Employees of zoro77 or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members
• Gaming software providers and their employees
• Payment processing partners and their employees
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law

4. Account Registration

To access gaming services on the zoro77 Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete registration information.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification)
• Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR)
• Secure password meeting our complexity requirements

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password and change it regularly
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify zoro77 of any unauthorized use of your Account or security breach
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered

zoro77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to protect your credentials. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, zoro77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank card photo, bank statement, or e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. We process KYC requests within 48 hours of receiving all required documents.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

zoro77 accepts deposits through various payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 25,000 for e-wallets
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for major banks; limits vary by payment method
• Processing time: Instant for most payment methods during banking hours (06:00-22:00 WIB); up to 24 hours for off-hours deposits
• All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Account
• No fees are charged by zoro77 for deposits; your payment provider may charge their own fees
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name

Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; Rp 500,000,000 per month for standard members
• Processing time: 3-6 hours for VIP members; 6-24 hours for standard members; same-day guarantee for Diamond and Black Diamond VIP tiers
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name
• First withdrawal requires successful KYC verification
• No withdrawal fees for withdrawals above Rp 500,000; Rp 10,000 administrative fee for withdrawals below this threshold

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

In accordance with international AML standards, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the original deposit source may require additional verification. We reserve the right to decline withdrawal requests that show patterns consistent with money laundering activities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements) that specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 8x wagering requirement requires Rp 8,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Game contributions to wagering requirements vary:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on odds above 1.80
• Table Games (RNG): 10% contribution

Bonus Restrictions

• Only one active bonus per Account at any time

7. Gameplay Rules

All Users must adhere to fair play principles when using the zoro77 Platform.

General Rules

• All games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems ensuring fair and random outcomes
• Game rules are available within each game interface; you are responsible for understanding game rules before placing bets
• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified
• In case of technical malfunction, all affected bets are void and stakes refunded
• zoro77 reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors or technical glitches

Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All sports bets are settled based on official results from governing sports bodies
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets remain valid if the event is completed within 48 hours; otherwise bets are voided
• Live betting odds update in real-time; the odds at the moment of bet acceptance are final
• zoro77 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets on specific markets or from specific Users

Responsible Gaming Limits

Users may set the following limits through Account settings:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits
• Session time limits
• Self-exclusion periods (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent)

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zoro77 Platform and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Underage Gaming: Any use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent identification, or engaging in payment fraud
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain unfair advantage in games or sports betting
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms, creating multiple Accounts for bonuses, or using betting systems designed to exploit bonus conditions
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, automated software, hacking tools, or any method to manipulate game outcomes
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds or conduct illegal financial activities
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate deposits will result in permanent Account closure
• Abusive Behavior: Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at other Users or zoro77 staff

We employ advanced fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited activities. Users found engaging in any prohibited activity will have their Accounts permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and funds confiscated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zoro77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, zoro77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not liable for any losses resulting from:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Internet connectivity issues
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.)
• Third-party service failures (payment processors, game providers)
• Technical glitches or software bugs

Financial Disclaimer

Gaming involves financial risk. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose money when gambling
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• zoro77 does not provide investment, financial, or tax advice
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with tax obligations in your jurisdiction

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless zoro77, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform.

10. Account Termination

Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure:

• All pending wagers must be settled before closure
• Remaining Account Balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method
• Active bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited
• Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed

Termination by zoro77

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• We suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• You provide false information during registration or KYC verification

In case of termination for breach of terms, zoro77 may confiscate Account Balance and pending withdrawals.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction where zoro77 holds its operating license.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, the following process applies:

Limitation Period

Any claims relating to use of the zoro77 Platform must be brought within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims made after this period are time-barred.
